About Us

Home Physical Therapy for Seniors was established by Stephen A. Costantino, M.P.T., a physical therapist licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. While practicing in an outpatient clinic, Stephen became aware of the difficulty that many seniors encountered upon traveling to the clinic regularly for physical therapy. As an alternative to receiving care in this setting, he began Home Physical Therapy for Seniors to assist older adults in caring for themselves in their own homes. The response has been overwhelmingly positive as patients, healthcare providers and loved ones have welcomed this service as a valuable resource to seniors.

Today, Stephen continues to remain committed to patient care in addition to being focused on three main objectives: informing the public about this beneficial service for seniors, linking patients, therapists and physicians through better health information technology, and increasing the number of therapists affiliated with his practice.
